- Sales:
Education: Open to all faculties/majors.
Role: Focus on maintaining existing clients, with a gradual shift toward developing new business as you gain experience.
Language Skills: English & Japanese proficiency welcomed.Back office: Welcome specialists in corporate support functions (HR, accounting, etc.).
Engineering:
Education: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Precision Instruments, Materials Science, or Production Engineering.
Role: New product development, existing product improvement, production equipment design, quality maintenance, and production efficiency improvement.
