  1. Anti-Bribery Policy

    1. We do not provide our customers with entertainment, gifts, monetary payments, donations, or other favors that exceed what is permitted by law or accepted social norms.
    2. We maintain healthy relationships with government officials and other relevant parties in each country, strictly comply with local laws and regulations, and refrain from any conduct that could be perceived as bribery or suspected of being motivated by fraudulent intent.
    3. We require our business partners, such as sales agents, to strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contracts, and to act ethically, including refraining from any conduct that violates the provisions outlined in items 1 and 2 above in connection with our business operations.
  2. Code of Conduct for Employees

    1. We ensure the safety of ourselves and our colleagues by understanding and complying with laws, regulations, and internal rules regarding occupational safety and health.
    2. We will ensure workplace safety and health by understanding and adhering to the procedures and manuals related to our assigned duties, and we will strive to maintain and improve the workplace environment.
    3. We will always be mindful of whether our own safety and health, as well as those of our colleagues, are at risk, and we will ensure that we undergo all health examinations and other procedures required by laws and regulations to maintain and promote our health.
  3. Ethics Reporting Policy (Internal Report Policy)

    1. If any of our officers or employees become aware of any risk or compliance-related information, they must immediately report it to their supervisor or provide the information to the General Affairs Manager.
    2. Any supervisor or the General Affairs Manager who receives risk or compliance information through an internal report will respond promptly and appropriately.
    3. We will not treat any officer or employee who has provided risk and compliance information in good faith and for legitimate purposes unfavorably solely because they provided such information.
